General Description

 

The Transceiver IC is a single chip high-speed optical transceiver which is complied for SFP+specifications.
This chip integrated the post limiting amplifier, channel equalizer, laser driver, digital diagnostic monitor and MCU, the total power consumption is less than 1W under 4.25Gb/s mode.
The Transceiver IC also reserved control registers that can be programmed via the I2C interface to tune the chip to fulfill other optical communication applications.
The Transceiver IC is packaged in a 5mm x 5mm, QFN-40 package.
